I built the Dream Mapping workbook because most "get clear on your vision" exercises miss the point. They ask what you want before your system has calmed down enough to know. You end up writing what sounds good on paper instead of what actually moves you.
What's inside
Phase 1 — the regulation reset (10 minutes)
Before any prompt, you do a short grounding practice. Because the quality of your answers depends entirely on the state of your nervous system when you write them.
Phase 2 — ten honest prompts (15 minutes)
Not "where do you see yourself in five years" nonsense. Prompts designed to get underneath the performance — what you actually want, what you're scared to admit, what you've stopped letting yourself hope for.
Phase 3 — the one-page map (5 minutes)
All of it distilled into one page you can come back to every quarter. Not a vision board. Not affirmations. A single page that captures your real direction, with enough clarity that you can actually use it.
Who it's for
- Women who've lost clarity somewhere between the doing and the striving
- Anyone who wants to set direction without turning it into another pressure
- People who've done vision-board work and felt it was too surface
- Anyone new to inner work who wants a gentle first entry point
How to use it
Once a quarter. Seriously. Not once a week, not daily. Quarterly. The whole point is that you get clearer slowly, over time, and the map evolves with you. Overusing it dilutes the work. Underusing it lets drift take over.
The first time through takes roughly thirty minutes. Later uses are faster — you already have the baseline and you're just updating. Most clients tell me the fifth time they used it was the one that actually shifted their year.
